In the world of real estate, there are countless options. While many fall short of expectations, a few stand out with a perfect game—Amanda Short is one of them. Her diverse experiences create a winning combination that keeps clients returning for her services.
As an office manager for a construction firm, Amanda gained expertise in the intricate layers that make up a home. From a solid foundation to the fine details of post-and-beam construction, she pays meticulous attention to aspects that many home buyers and sellers might overlook.
With years of marketing experience in the UK, Amanda serves as an exceptional guide for international clients relocating from overseas. Having traveled the world, she ultimately chose Southern California as her home. She lived in Huntington Beach for ten years, successfully selling real estate there for eight.
Now, with great enthusiasm, she has called Las Vegas home for the past five years and is dedicated to helping others find their perfect place here. Outside of work, Amanda finds joy in walking the canyon trails with her dogs. She consistently puts her clients first, year after year, and it is the relationships she builds that bring the greatest fulfillment to her life.

- Amanda assisted me in searching for a home in the Long Beach and Lakewood, CA area. We made a couple of offers and she was very thorough and persistent in making sure that our offer was considered. One of our offers was one a four and was not accepted, but due to Amanda's persistence and quick follow-up when the accepted offer fell through she immediately contacted the Seller's Agent and as a result the Sellers accepted our offer. Although we did not end up purchasing that home we eventually found the perfect home.
